The Sarasota-Manatee FAMU Alumni Chapter is invested in the enhancement of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University by assisting in the enrollment of qualified students through mentoring and scholarships; fostering a close relationship with alumni; and maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship between the university and its alumni.

Meeting Information
The Sarasota-Manatee Chapter meets on the first Thursday of the month at 6:00 pm. The meetings alternate between Sarasota and Manatee counties. The 2019-2020 meeting schedule is as follows:
